About The Founder
Dr. Alieizoria “DrA” Redd is a transformational chief executive with more than 30 years of experience leading mission-driven organizations through strategic growth, financial stewardship, community partnership, and organizational transformation. As both an executive and practicing psychotherapist, she brings executive leadership and clinical insight to organizations serving individuals, families, and communities navigating complex behavioral health and social challenges.
Over an eight-year fundraising horizon, DrA partnered with Boards of Directors, philanthropists, foundations, corporate leaders, and community stakeholders to secure more than $50M in philanthropic investment. As CEO of Covenant House Georgia, she led transformational growth — scaling the operating budget from $4.6M to $8.2M, increasing unrestricted reserves from $300K to $1.2M, and securing more than $10M to expand housing capacity and services for youth experiencing homelessness and trafficking.
She has led multidisciplinary teams of up to 260 staff across complex, multi-site organizations — including executive roles at CHRIS 180, where she oversaw a $17M budget and services reaching 6,700 individuals annually, and Lutheran Services of Georgia, where she directed statewide behavioral health, refugee resettlement, foster care, and family preservation programs. Across her career she has served as direct-service provider, clinician, clinical supervisor, advocate, administrator, and chief executive.
As Founder and CEO of The Institute for Restoration, Well-Being & Leadership, she provides fractional executive leadership, governance advisory, leadership development, systems strategy, and clinical psychotherapy for nonprofits, corporations, philanthropic institutions, and public systems. She serves as Board Chair of Pebble Tossers and has co-chaired Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens's Advisory Council for LGBTQ+ Affairs and the steering committee guiding Atlanta's LGBTQ+ Community Center.

Our Philosophy
Where executive leadership, clinical excellence, and restorative practice converge to strengthen people, organizations, and systems. Restoration is the foundation of sustained leadership — and the conviction at the heart of everything we do.
Restoration
Leadership is sustained, not extracted. We restore the capacity, clarity, and well-being that allow people to lead for the long term.
Leadership
Excellence is cultivated through reflection, courage, and alignment between values and action — not titles or tenure.
Transformation
Lasting change happens at the level of systems. We design organizations that are resilient, equitable, and human by intention.
