Dr. Alieizoria “DrA” Redd is a nationally respected executive leader, fundraiser, educator, and clinician with more than three decades of experience advancing solutions across human services, behavioral health, housing stability, and family well-being.

Most recently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Covenant House Georgia, DrA led transformational organizational growth — expanding the operating budget from $4.6M to $8.2M, increasing reserves to $1.2M, and securing more than $10M in philanthropic capital to expand housing capacity and strengthen services.

As Founder and CEO of The Institute, she provides fractional executive leadership, governance advisory, leadership development, systems strategy, and clinical services for nonprofits, corporations, philanthropic institutions, and public systems.
